By joining 4Traffic, you understand that all 4Traffic services are free and as such are "as-is." No guarantee is stated or implied about any 4Traffic service, and you agree not to hold 4Traffic liabel based upon any failure to deliver these services.

4Traffic reserves the right to refuse membership at its discretion. Reasons sufficient for refusal include, but are not limited to, web sites that include pornographic, illegal, or hate-related content.

Any attempt to defraud 4Traffic and its members will result in a warning or loss of membership. These include, but are not limited to, putting multiple 4Traffic banners on one page, having an extreme number of banners on a page, using macros or other means to artificially inflate your impression count.

Spam is not tolerated. Evidence of spam by a member will result in loss of membership.

Each of these simple rules is in place to protect the members of 4Traffic. Should you feel that a member is violating them, feel free to contact us.
